Take a land tour and if you like something go on your own. Take a good digital camera.You can buy alain mikili frames, great perfumes and Hermes is cheaper. Personally I eat at small places and avoid big names. PM me if you want anything specific. Be careful of pickpockets.

Paris vision offers bus tours. I like their paris illumination tour. Hop on and hop off is better day time bet. Buy two day tickets cheaper.

Canauxrama offers great canal cruise from place de la Bastile eanding at Bassin de la Villette.

Paris walking tours highly recomended

For BF i would recomend Pourjauran bakery 112 rue St. Dominique in Rue Cler area

For a splurge Le Bourdonnais one michelin star 01 47 05 47 96.
