I opened my card in September 2020. Annual fee posts in October. I received an engagement bonus in January 2021 (year 1 AF before terms changed), November 2021 (year 2 AF), and April 2022 (no idea why). I should get another one November 2022 and maybe I’ll get another one April 2023.
