For new registration
If you enter Japan by November 13th, you can use MySOS for registration during October. Please use VJW from November.
If you enter Japan on and after November 14th, you can not use MySOS for registration. Please use VJW after November 1st.
*Please note that the VJW review process will be very busy right after November 1st.
If you enter Japan by November 5th, we recommend that you complete your registration through MySOS in October in order to receive the review results well in advance.
Given the dates you've supplied, use MySOS for your quarantine records (but you'll need to sign up before it goes down on 1st November) and use Visit Japan Web for immigration/customs.
