Tristan727, admirable aims, but surely given this board is, err, devoted to "British Airways Executive Club" and not "British Airways Travelling Public at Large", it'd be fair to expect that the views of BAEC members (who, in general given the mileage structure of BAEC, are those flying premium cabins) are those which will prevail.
Lyndsay's remit is also BAEC - rather than BA in general. Subtle difference.
Anyway, I'm sure your expertise picked up on FT will ensure that your mum is better informed going forwards!
