I am arriving at DEL T3 International on an EK flight at 0855 and have a Vistara domestic flight at 1600 from T3 domestic

Both are separate tickets..

I have Amex platinum and Priority pass so I hope to use the centurion lounge in T3 domestic departures when I can

I was looking at options on arrivals and to see how early they let me into T3 departures these days..
