I have 3x stays coming up over the next 5 nights (2N, 2N, 1N) with 3 rooms booked at each property

What is the best way to maximise points/nights (only get nights for 1 room per property presumably - have registered for double nights promo)? Do I put all rooms on 1 folio in each property? Is there any benefit to putting all rooms on 1 folio in each property apart from $1 (3 separate folios in each property with ~$500, $1, $1)
