I just booked Bos-Mad for next Jan in J with avios. I've always been able to chose seats right after I book by going into "manage your booking". From there there was a list of options on the left side of the page, pick meals, ect. Now, a different window pops up with no option to choose seats. There is a smaller box labeled "your seats", then showing "no seats". There is no link to choose seats from there.
I remember last year was a hassle as well, as I had toggle between Us and Spanish site multiple times and manually enter booking code and surname to eventually get the right page to open where I could pick seats.
Anyone know an easy way to be able to do this?

Called in and was told he couldn't do it and would be available 8 months before flight. I don't believe this is true as I have been able to chose seats as soon as I booked, a year in advance the last 3 years. I just need to be able to get to the page above.
