.I've never been this confused and I've been doing the process for some 25 years even back to the days when we waited by mail for paper visas
Involves a phone I suppose?
I can take my old phone to t-mobile and pay for the month if I am unable to open up space on my i phone 12 easily enough

Called around today no visa service will any longer process Ozzie Visas.I suppose its an app world done only through Australia Govt channels (sigh)
Can those of you old enough to remember the good old days when you booked your ticket award or revenue
and while on hold for a modest fee the agent processed your electronic visa just like that (sigh)
Has the world become far more complicated or is just me?
