Comments: Spoke with the front desk the night before, was told they have assigned me a Fantastic Suite and that it would be ready for me when I arrived the next morning. About an hour later my reservation was updated in the app to show this upgrade. When I got the hotel, I was told they were sold out of Fantastic Suites, but don't worry, we put you in a Mega Room, which is just like the Fantastic Suite (except for being a good bit smaller and two categories lower). When I pressed, I was told it's still an upgrade, and they don't owe me anything more, which I admit is true - but it still makes for a lousy guest experience. Way to make an upgrade feel like a downgrade...
