Since it's a Priority Pass lounge, I assume the charge is the same as for any other PP lounge, based on your membership level ($32USD for Standard or Standard Plus after 10 visits to any lounge, or free for Prestige or Standard Plus before 10 visits to any lounge).

I guess this is also a time to mention that the WestJet website has been updated saying that the Elevation Lounge will open at 5am from November 14. This is 2 hours earlier than currently, although the 22:15 closing time remains (sorry if you're on a redeye!).
