Has anyone made attempts and had any success accessing the "international" lounges (Plaza Premium in YYZ and Aspire in YYC) when travelling domestically?
This is most appealing in YYZ, where the Plaza Premium "domestic" lounge is pretty lame compared to the "international" alternative.
There doesn’t seem to be any reason why you can’t access the Aspire International lounge at YYC. It’s not an especially interesting or nice lounge, but I guess it’ll do the job on a long layover. Westjet’s Elevation lounge is very nice, so if you can access that I highly recommend it.
YYC publishes the following info about lounge access:

i am curious, in case anyone knows, what the charge is for Priority Pass members to access the Elevation lounge. I am WS Gold but the next few trips I am connecting onto KL so only the Aspire is available. I’d be willing to pay a reasonable amount to get in for a few hours of the 4-hour layover I’ve got.
