After a string of really mediocre upgrades, I finally hit the jackpot. This is one of the nicest rooms I've been in at a Bonvoy hotel, the view is absolutely stunning, and I didn't even ask. AC Hotel in Innsbruck is highly, highly recommended. For once, the location is right at the centre and everything in the hotel is a cut above other AC Hotels I've stayed at.
