Staying here tonight and last night. Originally upgraded to a deluxe room and I questioned it in check in and was given an Exec room. They had reserved a deluxe room near the lift as per my request but I said I should normally be upgraded to at least an Exec room. We got an Exec room but it was facing inwards and lacks natural light but is very well appointed. We had a junior suite once and the window is tiny compared to the room size and would not recommend.

Lounge in the evening is busy but not full. Hot options an improvement since last stay in February.. make your own fajitas on Friday and meatballs and spaghetti tonight. Very substantial to not need room service afterwards! Service attentive from Sophia even with some agency staff. Self pour still ok, no problem.

Overall a very good hotel, modern, clean, upbeat, great service and great location.
