No way that I know of to mark entire forums read in mobile view, which is but a pale imitation, stripped-down version of the full site in various ways, and has been for a long time, so don't hold your breath hoping for anything to improve either.

I have just gotten used to using my smartphone browser's "view in desktop mode" to do things like forum tools, advanced searches, etc.
