I figured out how to check in for my flight tonight.
During on-line check in process, you can edit your Known Traveler Number and remove it.
Then I was able to check in.
But this removes pre-check from your BP.
This is the only thing I found that allowed me to check in.
I am happy with this solution.
Thanks for that tip. They did the exact same thing to me and I''m having the exact same check in probem. I'm trying "chat" to fix it, but nobody seems to pick up that chat so I don't think that's gonna work. Not getting precheck is bad, but the alternative is obviously worse.
