All this talk about UA and TMO rolling out WiFi access from October 15th turned out to be false. I'm currently on UA1 (damn flight delay! Anyone else on the same flight as me?) and there is no TMO login. Good thing I re-subscribed for another month of global WiFi. I need something to do for the next 16 hours!

someone upthread said Oct. 15, yes, however, have no idea where this date came from. Press release clearly stated what aircraft it was available on at launch, with the additional comment about being available on additional aircraft and wifi partners soon. Nowhere I’ve seen said Oct. 15.
either that date was a rumor, completely made up or planned for or an initial estimate but for whatever reason didn’t make it by then. I assume there wil probably be some sort of announcement when more aircraft are added.
