I just did the same thing (applied using the 90k link). Once I was approved for the card, I thought it was strange that there was no indication of any signup bonus on my account in the website or the app. Even when I got the physical card, there was no indication in the package of whether I had received the bonus. I finally called Chase and the rep was able to confirm I did. Once I got the physical card and spent some money on it, a tracker magically appeared on the app, but its placement was still not obvious -- I only found it by accident. Go to the "Rewards and benefits" link and then click on "See rewards details and redeem." Good luck!
