You do not need the Cash Plus account, you only need to be a Morgan Stanley client.
OK, thank you, that helps, but without Access Investing will any investment account get me the Plat Card? What is the least expensive and hassle-free relationship I can have with MS to get the card? Or is MS still trying to figure this out after its E*Trade acquisition?
