After noting what you said earlier, GumboCook, I checked my profile and realized that my birthday was changed by a day. And it wasn't highlighted to where I could change it, either. Strangely, all of my other stuff on the profile page other than the "miles to next Elite Status" total was correct.

I'm still buffaloed by the seat map for a 50.000 mile Elite member showing all seats free except for those 4 seats near the exit row. Very odd.
