Not in Mexico, i believe it's one of a number of names prohibited by law. It clearly means someone at some point tried to use it. Apparently Lady Di is also prohibited. I did meet someone once whose surname was Garcia de Llanta Ferrari, which translates to Garcia of the Ferrari Tire
