Only Frontier...
Frontier app and website is taken offline so that they can perform routine maintenance on the site. They come back with a nice 50 percent off promotion.
I go to book, and the rows in front of and behind the exit rows are listed at $45 for aisle and middle seats, but the window seats are free... Everything else is free as it should be. I'm 50,000 mile Elite this year, though I have only 21,000 miles this year.
Whatever seats I select on both flights of a roundtrip, it keeps coming up Error, and makes me reselect. Finally, I just tried to book without selecting seats, but it goes back to the original departure flight seat map.
Also, though my lifetime miles and year-to-date miles are correct on my profile, the part where it says "miles needed to next reward" says I have no miles. LOL
It is just amazing that after a several hour outage for site maintenance, the site is actually worse.
I could call I suppose, but I hate speaking with normally foreign accented people I have difficulty understanding (I am hearing impaired, so at a disadvantage already). Yes, I could instant message Frontier, but I'm not on any social media platform, and prefer to keep it that way.
I'm curious if others are having similar difficulties?
