Update on my flight: Checking on QR website this shows as Partially Confirmed. DPS-DOH is Not Confirmed and DOH-JFK is Confirmed.
When I pulled it up on Jet Blue half an hour ago I could see the flights but couldn't do anything else. Now it does not find the reservation at all.
