My flight is YYZ - ORD (one of the designated airports) but I will clear customs and immigration in Toronto. Am I expected to disclose my travel history proactively? To whom? Where? I can't find any information about the process - just the fact that screening is happening.
During some previous Ebola outbreak, on my arrivals into some US airports via AMS, BRU, and CDG, the kiosks would throw up questions asking if I had been to a relevant area. I hadn’t, and no one asked me after those declarations on the kiosks. For those who had been to such areas and declared so, CBP was supposed to either refer them at the designated set of allowed airports and put such passengers in contact with some CDC info/contact material or federal/state/local health authorities.

I don’t recall the questions coming up at around the same time for my US-bound flights from/via LHR.
