I have to admit that I was really impressed with my first ever QR flight back in January as a silver travelling in Y, I was asked for my meal selection even before take off on a LHR DOH flight. Admittedly back then flight was far from full, but no one else near me seemed to be getting the same treatment. Also as silver I was able to choose emergency exit on upper deck. I will now have my first BA flight as gold next month...Wonder how that goes!😂 Not expecting too much.
