ANA PlusGrade Seat Bid - Error Page
Has anyone recently placed a bid for the ANA Bid My Price Seat Upgrade Program? I'm having issues trying to even submit an offer - the last page always says "We are unable to process your request at this time." I've tried several different browsers (Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox) and disabled all pop-ups. The first leg of my flight (YVR > NRT layover > SIN) leaves Oct 24 so I am bidding within the allotted 7 days and using the same credit card that I used to book the original economy flight. I've read an older post to change the currency to Yen (I was bidding in CAD) but it also doesn't work. I've emailed ANA as well but not sure if I'll ever get a response in time. Any help is appreciated!!
