10:00 PM (JFK) - 9:40 AM+1 (LIS)
1 hr 15 min layover
10:55 AM+1 (LIS) - 1:45 PM+1 (BCN)

Multi-city: jfk-lis, lis - bcn ($322)
Dec 3 10:00 PM (JFK) - 9:40 AM+1 (LIS)
Dec 4 8:55 PM (LIS) - 11:45 PM (BCN)

Non stop jfk - lis ($524)
10:00 PM (JFK) - 9:40 AM+1 (LIS)

Going to do this tomorrow since i read Tues is usually the cheapest day to book because companies cancel fully refundable tickets on mon.

Why would a non-stop to Lis be $200 more than a longer flight with connections (jfk-bcn)?
