20 years as a DM I consider myself a loyal CX/KA customer and supporter, meaning I genuinely do want to see it do well and thrive like it once did. However, I feel very sad to share my assessment that the airline is now broken beyond repair. I hope CA will take it over soon, then it may stand a chance.
