Don't think I've had it in that style before. Chopped up hot mess (standard Singapore/Malaysia style) yes, cubed yes, as those mini slabs yes. Where did you have it in that style? Would be interested in trying it if I'm in the area.

Personally, I love interesting presentations of veggies. A wedge salad, not so much, but having some veggies is definitely necessary.
