On LHR-LAS (BA275) on 31st July my daughters seat became inoperable about 30 mins into the flight. The seatback was fixed upright and the crew could'nt even lower it manually.

They filled in the digital form whilst we were still in the air and I received 80,000 avios as compensation a few days later.
