BA173 LHR-JFK Friday 14th October, had the CSM/SCCM (not sure who) come over and apologize for taking a while to come over and say hi. It was my first personal greeting in 3 years of being gold, and quite apt as I was a TP run to renew it.
We had a good dig at our American cousins not trusting us for airside transfers etc.
Didn't get anything on the return leg, but was well looked after by crew on the delayed 182 JFK-LHR flight last night
