Thanks for your help folks. I have spoken to customer services a few times, submitted claims for missing miles and emailed Iberia Plus but they are just saying booking conditions not met. It's crazy as they have credited the Alicante to Madrid sector but not the Madrid to Miami sector even though they are both on the same ticket. Just can't get anywhere with it which really ticks me off. Any other suggestions?
