DP from IAD on Oct 16th. Entered around 7:20pm with Amex plat. Was told lounge closes at 8 (Amex websites says 9pm) and to order food soon.
QR code available at all tables. Ordered a 3 course menu with champagne and service was attentive & quick. Just about 25-30 people in the lounge. Very nice experience compared to crowded Centurion lounges. Hope this lasts as I will be travelling through IAD more often.

Have a longish layover due to flight delay. Might do some lounge hopping.
