Well, this changes things. I have a 40 minute connection in ORD, and chose a DL flight from SEA-ORD because AS would've given me a 25 minute connection time which probably isn't feasible (although the SEA-ORD leg is usually 15 mins early to arrive). Both are the first flights of the day out of SEA.
With this new location shift, do people think that the train from T5 - T2 is going to take longer than 10 minutes, or would it be better to rebook and just arrive to terminal 2/E via AS if my connection is on UA since UA occupies T1 and T2? Seems about as close to a wash as it gets to me.
T5 transfer to other terminals would require reclearing security.
Do you have your AS/DL and UA on separate tickets? Sounds like it from your post. If so, you would not be protected on misconnect; nor do you have a connection. Hope the UA flight is not the last one for the day.
