Not necessarily. When you pick up the vehicle, you might find that there is a maximum rental period of four days (or, perhaps four days, two hours) for your particular rate code, and that once you exceed that, the weekly rate will kick in.
Do you qualify (either through your employer or your alma mater) to use a corporate leisure rate? Some of those rates give a weekly rate that is five (or sometimes six) times the daily rate.

My employer doesn't provide a CDP. I tried making a personal booking through my employers travel portal and the CDP was masked as the name of our travel booking company on Hertz's reservation. Searching for the 4 day 8 hour time period resulting in weekly rates over $500, unfortunately.
