Holy Cannoli! What kind of a rock have I been living under? I've been here on FT for nearly a year and I never even knew there was a cookbook! Apparently this isn't a new thing since some recipes go back to 2001 and so, but I *just* noticed this today... maybe it's the redesign of the FT home page that now has the cookbook right there with other important resources like the glossary.

So... MileageAddict and Alysia, do I need to post the recipe for the "Flan de Queso" (cheese flan) there in the dessert and/or Cuban categories... or do I need to keep this recipe top-secret? Think of it... if I share it with others, then there's no excuse for others NOT to try to make it for you sometime, although -- sob sob, sniffle sniffle -- then you might not need ME anymore!
