Of the four hotels below (all in a similar high mid price range, but not luxury) which would you recommend? I have Titanium Status at Le Meridien and ITC, nada at the other two. But locale is paramount for me, first time tourist to Delhi.

Le Meridien
Radisson Blu Connaught (cheapest of all 4)
ITC Mauyra
Shangri La
