AI10-399 & all AI9xxx depart from the international terminal in DEL in which case immigration will be done in CCU. For all other flight nos for the DEL - CCU connection - immigration will be done in DEL.

And if they are elderly - I assume you'll book wheel chairs for them. The wheel chair people will take care of everything...
