availability when travel was still restricted and not possible for many does not really make alot of difference to most 🤷‍♂️ some might have been able to utilize it but most not...

Ay needs tl react to a problem they created with the vouchers with a solution that is palatable to a majlrity IMO. Just my 2 sents on this.
