On the topic of foreign spend on TD cards, it looks like the 2x extra points from the foreign spend promo a few months ago just posted on my aeroplan account. I was quite surprised since the T&C said something ridiculous like "please allow up to 68 weeks" for points to post after the end of the promo. Pleasantly surprised on the waiting period for this promo.
