At least for DTW:
- COVID
- DTW is an Asia hub, and Asia still has not fully opened up yet
- Pilot shortage, which has hit the regionals especially hard (which is a significant portion of flights in/out of DTW)

These items are not DTW related, so the flight cuts weren't necessarily because DTW was in trouble. And, look at DL's own statement...back to their core and higher-margin hubs.
