I am a Titanium and LT Plat, we booked 2 atrium view rooms (one on points, one on family explorer rate) and are hoping to use SNAs to get a better room for at least one of the rooms. Dates are Jan 3/4/5 which seems like it is pretty lightly booked (the fact that a 99EUR explore rate is available is usually a good gauge of expected occupancy).

Any winter time experiences with SNAs or spontaneous upgrades here?
