I did some checks and outside of short to medium haul routes like CGK, HKG or so, for longhaul, finding any F Saver is really like the needle in the haystack type sysiphean task. YMMV.
Granted this was back in June, but I was able to find availability and book 2 Saver F seats (for travel in January 2023) on MNL-SIN-LHR one way as a non-SQ elite. SIN-LHR on the 77W of course.
I was able to change to dates in April at no extra charge and with no additional miles (even though this was after the devaluation) a few weeks ago.
