I had an unpleasant experience during the transit in Delhi T3 in April this year. The transit time was around 7 hours and all passengers were kept waiting outside the transfer area, there were hardly 10 chairs and passengers were sitting and children sleeping on the floor. there was one vending machine (with chips etc) that only accepts Indian currency and no drinks/water. I was on Vistara flight, there was no communication from the airlines and authorities/ staff were unfriendly or were just plainly avoiding anyone to approach them. Only 2 hours before the flight we were allowed to go to DFS area. It was bad arrangement by Vistara and airport staff, reminded me of similar experience about 12 years ago when I took Air India, although the airport is newly renovated but service hasn't improved over the years.
