It's a pedantic correction, but you keep referring to customs when you mean security or immigration / passport control. Both are generally pretty quick at ZRH.
I realize now that I've always used customs when I meant immigration. Thanks for the heads up! I'd never really looked to see what the difference was until I just looked up the definition of them. haha

Ahh, yes, I never considerd going to the E lounge first. I'm so used to arrivals at LHR and US airports, where you basically are just shuttled through to immigration without getting to actually see any of the gates/lounges. Good idea...maybe I'll just stop by the E lounge before I head to immigration!
