Exactly - more demand for limited supply. Clearly the promo is E+ seat is not just on your birthday and lets you pick at booking which affects later Gold and above purchasers and Silvers who have to wait till time of booking. If this has to happen, better to be able to pick E+ seat at 24 hour check in.
