OK thanks. I'm not sure I'd stake a lot on the reporting of CNBC.com, but it is something. I guess I'm just looking for a real world DP to verify one way or the other. Apparently nobody actual knows. Some declare one way; some declare the other. Capital One themselves are ambiguous.
