Capital One apparently has no minimum age for Authorized User cards. You need not give the children the credit cards, just take their Priority Pass memberships when traveling.
I don't believe you can create a Priority Pass account for someone under 18. Also, lounges generally don't allow children under 18 without accompanying adults, at least not in the US.
This is why I have the question. The terms say nothing about the number of guests included for free, and even seem to imply that there is no limit, except what the lounge may specify. Yet people in this thread are saying that the limit is 2. The first post in this thread includes a quote from you, "
Priority Pass with two free guests".
Where is this number coming from? Other PP Select accounts, such as from Chase and Amex specifically say that 2 guests are included. Capital One says nothing. Why is it being declared that the limit is 2, unless we know for sure?
Bear in mind that the lounge, not the membership, determines how many guests are admitted. The membership terms only govern how payment is made for guests.
Yes, but again, this is not my question. I have only once run into a lounge limit. This was years ago. Most lounges allow unlimited guests in my experience, and you can even check in unlimited guests (however many the lounge allows) with any PP Select account. The difference is how many you pay for. I can take an unlimited number in with my Amex PP card, but I'll pay for the number of guests over 2.
Here are Amex Priority Pass terms:
