Very true. There are people we do a lot with at HfP who have never spent anything with us, even on ads, because they make an effort to get to know us and are very proactive in arranging reviews or whatever.
You can't pay the bills from these people but we are happy to work with them.
The other thing to note in this thread, as pointed out above, is that nothing is "free," not even "free shipping."
Any business has bills to pay, and someone needs to pay them. We are all used to receiving content for free on the internet, but in reality none of it is free.
