Hopefully I get it resolved before I choose the path to DOT as last resort. I called their 800 number. Guy told me that they suppose to return only the airline fare not taxes and fees even ticket fare said Full Refund. So they going to pocket the rest since I won't be traveling on that ticket. Why $51 ?. He had no answer for that. He politely told me to file a complaint on the web site under Contacts. So I did.. waiting for the reply now.

Are all European airlines like that ? First time booked through a European airlines. I mostly used American or Qatar, Turkish, Emirates or Etihad. Never had these issues with them.
