They should offer to move you to a BA operated flight without issue.
How did you manage to book The Business Suite with avios, my understanding was this isn't possible and you can only book normal Business Class?
Great that they will move us.
We had been looking at flights to KL using Avios travelling next June.
I spent hours checking all options with all airlines available.
This one came up, with the Aer Lingus connection, and I must admit , I didn't think you could use Avios to book Business Suites on MAS either.
I went right through to payment but chickened out booking on line, just in case it was an error.
I rang BA and it took the lady a little while to find the exact fare, but she did.
I did wonder if it was something to do with only being able to use the Aer Lingus connection.
I can't seem to book seats, but when I go to MAS website ,only 2 of seats are available to book , so hope the other two are mine .
